As part of the Recruiting Operations team, this role will primarily support interview scheduling and other administrative duties. Coordinators with heavy Outlook calendaring experience and excellent written communication skills will be successful in this role.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

  • Responsible for working directly with candidates and hiring managers to schedule candidate phone screens, in-person interviews and travel.
  • Post and maintain jobs on relevant job boards.
  • Responsible for processing and managing approvals of job requisitions, requisition changes and status change forms.
  • Assists with maintaining the applicant tracking system, system upgrades and implementations.
  • Facilitates vendor agreements with legal and coordinates with external staffing agencies.
  • Facilitates new hire process by preparing offer letter packets, assisting with immigration responsibilities and coordinating relocation efforts.
  • Provides general administrative support to the recruiting team including calendar and meeting management, processing of purchase requisitions and action memos and completion of other expense reports.
  • May assist with candidate sourcing, resume screening and follow-up with potential candidates.
  • Supports and coordinates company-wide recruiting initiatives, compliance requirements and related reporting needs as required.

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS

  • 1 to 3 years of recruiting or HR experience
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Human Resources, a related field, or equivalent
  • PHR preferred

This position includes a base pay range of 26.44 - $37.02 per hour, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
