Responsibilities
Clive Behavioral Health Clive Behavioral Health West opened in February 2021 with 100 inpatient beds for adult, child & adolescent patients experiencing a severe behavioral health crisis. Care at this location focuses on crisis management, stabilization and development of a plan to return to community living with, if needed, supportive outpatient services and community services and resources. Operating acute care hospitals, behavioral health facilities, outpatient facilities and ambulatory care acess points, an insurance offering, a physician netowkr and various related services located all over the U.S. states, Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico and the united Kingdom. www.uhs.com Qualifications LPN The Licensed Practical Nurse is a licensed professional nurse who prescribes, coordinates, and evaluates patient care through collaborative efforts with health team members in accordance with the nursing process and the standards of care and practices. QUALIFICATIONS Education: Graduate from an accredited program LPN program. Degree required from an accredited School of Nursing. Experience: A minimum of two (2) years' experience in a psychiatric health-care facility preferred. Licensure: Currently licensed to practice by the Iowa State Board of Nursing. Additional Requirements: CPR certification and training in appropriate use of Seclusion and Restraint within 30 days of employment.
