Overview CJE SeniorLife Tamarisk NorthShore has been welcoming older adults 65 and better since opening in August 2020. This exceptional independent senior living community (managed by CJE SeniorLife, a proud affiliate of Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Chicago) boasts 240 elegant apartment residences. Residents enjoy top-notch service and a wide array of expansive amenities, making Tamarisk NorthShore a truly special place to call home. The primary purpose of this job position is to prepare food in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations, with our established policies and procedures, and as may be directed by the Executive Chef, Manager, Team Leader and/or Director of Food Service to assure that quality food service is provided at all times. Compensation: $19.84 per hour. Dues-paying membership in Service Employees International Union Local 73 may be a condition of employment. Shift Weekends and evenings.
