That's why we say we offer far more than furniture. We're Furnishing Knowledge. Job Overview KI has an opening for a Director of Benefits and Payroll at our Corporate headquarters in Green Bay, WI. This onsite position is responsible for strategic, tactical and management activities associated with the benefits and payroll. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of benefits and payroll including regulations, compliance and strategy for a multi-state or global organization. Strong project management experience, advanced knowledge of Dayforce or a relevant human capital management (HCM) system, and experience utilizing business insight to impact, influence and support business partners across the organization is required.
