Are you a service-oriented individual with a knack for resolving customer inquiries? We're seeking a full-time Mortgage Loan Servicing Processor to join our team onsite in Oconomowoc, WI! In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our mortgage loan customers, providing them with top-notch assistance while adhering to bank and regulatory guidelines. Education and experience you'll need: Minimum one year of banking experience High School Diploma or GED Proficiency in MS Word and Excel Experience in loan operations is a plus, but not required. A day in the life in this role: Handle customer inquiries and provide support via phone and email Board and edit retail mortgage and consumer loans in the Fiserv system Process payoff statements and funds for mortgage and consumer loans Maintain escrow accounts and insurance policies Manage flood insurance policies and ensure compliance with regulations Assist with construction draw requests and document imaging Review and verify accuracy of loan documentation packages Process loan funding and disbursement spreadsheets Renew UCC filings and review loan data accuracy Research and correct payment application errors Update loan account information and manage automated payments Assist with year-end statements and verifications of mortgage Logistics: This is a full-time position located at our corporate headquarters in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. Your typical schedule would be 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday, working until at least 4:00 PM daily, with at least one night per week until 5:00 PM CST.
