Summer IT Intern - Support Center

The Information Technology team at KI is seeking a Summer Support Center Intern to work at our Corporate Office based out of Green Bay, WI. This position will work 40 hour work weeks during the summer months.

In this role you will assist the team with:

• Setting up new computer hardware - laptops, desktops, etc.
• Setting up desks for users
• Troubleshooting of end users devices
• Working on assigned IT Support Tickets
• Various IT projects as assigned
• Testing new procedures and policies
• Creating documentation or update existing documents

Qualified students will be working towards an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in an IT related field.
