Responsibilities Oklahoma Heart Hospital is seeking a Security Administrator with focus on managing Identity Access Management (IAM) systems to ensure secure, efficient, and compliant access provisioning across the organization. This role involves overseeing user provisioning, role-based access control, and lifecycle management, while also maintaining badge access and camera systems. Key responsibilities include conducting audits to ensure proper access alignment, troubleshooting system issues, and developing policies that support organizational security and compliance goals. With a strong emphasis on IAM, this position requires collaboration with IT and security teams to enhance system functionality, address incidents, and implement improvements, ensuring a robust and secure access environment. Responsibilities: Manage identity and access provisioning processes, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standards. Oversee badge access systems, including configuration of permissions, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and performing regular audits. Maintain and monitor camera systems, ensuring uptime, proper functionality, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Perform routine audits of access systems to ensure proper role alignment and detect any anomalies. Collaborate with IT and physical security teams to address system updates, incidents, and ongoing improvements. Develop and enforce policies related to identity access and physical security, ensuring they align with organizational goals and compliance requirements. Provide technical support for IAM and physical security systems, addressing user concerns and system issues in a timely manner. Working Knowledge: The ideal candidate for the Security Administrator role will have working knowledge in the following areas: Identity Access Management (IAM) systems, including user provisioning, role-based access control, and lifecycle management. Badge access management systems for physical security, including configuration, troubleshooting, and auditing access. Camera system management, including monitoring, maintenance, and reporting. Familiarity with security policies, compliance standards, and best practices (e.g., HIPAA, PCI-DSS, or NIST). Basic networking concepts related to physical security systems (e.g., IP cameras, access points). Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools for physical and logical security monitoring. Qualifications Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a security-focused role, with a preference for IAM and physical security system management. Certifications: Preferred certifications include: CompTIA Security+ Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
