Student Success and Well-Being - Career Services Career Services provides comprehensive career services and programs to assist a diverse student population in developing and implementing career, education, and employment plans through collaborative internal partnerships with UCF administrators, faculty and staff, as well as effective external partnerships with key employers. The Opportunity: UCF's Student Success and Well-Being Office of Career Services is currently accepting applications for an Assistant Director, Career Services. This role will act as the primary Career Services liaison to one or more UCF colleges providing support to the colleges mission, including building strategic external partnerships with businesses and planning career events/specialized programming designed to connect employers, students, and faculty. Develop new employer relationships and maintain/enhance current employer relationships using a combination of telephone/video calls, emails, meetings, and site visits. Provide recruiting strategy advice to employers. Implement employer outreach strategies and programs in support of recruiting efforts. This position/classification may be moved at management's discretion within the SSWB division to a commensurate level position as determined by the Vice President of Student Success and Well Being or his/her designee. Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's and 4+ years of relevant experience or Masters degree and 2+ years of relevant experience with at least 1+ year(s) of leadership experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla.
