Requirements Analyst (Business Analysis, Associate)

Summary

The MIL Corporation seeks a Requirements Analyst (Business Analysis, Associate) to support a federal government client in the Washington, DC area. Responsibilities include documenting application requirements, documenting design specifications, documenting business processes, supporting change management & communications, and providing user training for MS Power Apps, PowerBI dashboards and RPA automations.

This position currently requires an on-site schedule. Schedule is subject to change based on company/contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support a team in the design and deployment of MS Power Suite applications and RPA automation solutions utilizing UiPath and other tools

• Document and analyze client financial and business processes for design of automated solutions

• Develop strategies and recommendations for automated solutions across various platforms

• Support client communications, change management, and training on developed solutions

• Support development of documentation including process definition document (PDD), technical design document (TDD), user acceptance training (UAT) documentation and user guides

Travel

Limited travel may be required to client regional offices.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of performing business functional or system analysis

• Experience with requirements gathering and design documentation for MS Power Platform apps and RPA software

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Must have the ability to communicate technical as well as non-technical information clearly, both orally and in writing

• Experience supporting change management and communications for system implementations

• Experience providing user functional training

Desired Qualifications

• Knowledge of financial, accounting, procurement or other related business processes

• In depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)

• Strong project, risk, schedule, communication, change, and deliverable management skills

Education

BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting or other relevant Business Field

Salary at MIL is determined based on factors such as qualifications, experience, and contractual limitations. For this position, the projected compensation range is $115,000 - $140,000 per year.
