Position Highlights |
The University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law invites applicants for the position of Program Manager, Global Programs. The Program Manager will work with the Assistant Dean for Global Programs to support existing academic programs, including the LLM (both online and in person) and JD for Non-US Lawyers, and assists in the development of new programs, including credit and non-credit bearing programs. The Program Manager provides critical support to currently enrolled students and manages key aspects of the graduate admissions process.

Duties & Responsibilities |
- Support existing students, including online and in-person LLM students and in-person international JD students
- Assist students with relevant visas, oversee communication with relevant units within college to meet students' needs
- Monitor students' progress and develop intervention strategies as needed
- Manage all CPT and OPT employment requests
- Partner with faculty advisors to clear students for graduation
- Advise students on study-abroad opportunities and coordinate with study abroad partner institutions
- Oversee orientation sessions (6 per year) and manage LLM graduation events
- Manage LLM Admissions, including oversight of application CMS instances (both Slate and LSAC Unite), coordination with relevant units on campus (i.e. main campus Registrar, Slate technical team, Law Registrar), communication with prospective students, and coordination with Assistant Dean to finalize applications for committee review
- Support the development of new programs, both credit and non-credit bearing, and identify marketing strategies to support existing and new programs
- Coordinate with alumni and development staff at the college to develop new engagement and tracking activities of international student graduates

- Ability to respond to numerous competing demands and handle multiple programs and activities
- Ability to prospectively identify and address issues and tasks needing attention
- Ability to take the initiative in furthering the success of relevant programs
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with others
- Ability to actively listen, empathize and understand the concerns of others
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products as well as other software and administrative tools such as Adobe Professional, Google Docs

Minimum Qualifications |
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced learning attained through professional level experience required
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience

In compliance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act), each year the University of Arizona releases an Annual Security Report (ASR) for each of the University's campuses.Thesereports disclose information including Clery crime statistics for the previous three calendar years and policies, procedures, and programs the University uses to keep students and employees safe, including how to report crimes or other emergencies and resources for crime victims.
