At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role. Employees have access to disability and AD&D insurance. We also offer health care and dependent care flexible spending accounts, as well as health savings accounts, to eligible employees. Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan and employer-funded retirement plan. Newly hired employees accrue 6.16 hours of paid time off (PTO) on a per pay period basis based on hours worked (up to a maximum of 160 PTO hours per year) and receive ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. If you're located within a reasonable driving distance from Tukwila, we are requesting that you come into our HQ on Tuesdays & Wednesdays. For those candidates that live outside the commute distance of TFC and in any of our approved remote work locations, this role will be remote. IMPACT YOU'LL MAKE As a Marketing Project Intern at BECU, you'll play a key role in supporting project coordination efforts within the marketing team. You'll assist in managing timelines, coordinating meetings, communicating with stakeholders and vendors, and organizing project resources. Under the guidance of experienced marketing professionals, you'll gain hands-on experience in project planning, campaign execution, and the development of marketing materials. Your contributions will help ensure marketing initiatives run smoothly while providing you with valuable exposure to real-world marketing operations. WHAT YOU'LL DO Support Strategic Direction: Assist in developing the Business Unit's strategy, implementing roadmap enhancements, improving processes, and tracking key metrics to measure success. Drive Marketing Projects: Support the coordination of marketing campaigns, projects, and materials from development to delivery-keeping everything on track and ensuring seamless execution. Manage Schedules & Meetings: Organize project schedules, coordinate meetings, and facilitate communication with stakeholders, keeping everyone aligned and informed. Enhance Collaboration: Partner closely with the Marketing Project Manager and Product Marketing Managers to support project development and execution. Streamline Processes: Maintain and distribute detailed project plans, timelines, deliverables, and budgets to keep everything running efficiently. Coordinate Resources & Vendors: Act as one of the key points of contact for vendors and internal teams, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and deadlines are met. Support Marketing Collateral Development: Assist in the creation of promotional materials and merchandising, ensuring they align with project objectives and strategies. Leverage Member Insights: Gather and review member feedback to refine and improve marketing initiatives for greater impact. Stay Agile: Adapt to shifting priorities, contribute to team success, and take on additional responsibilities as needed. QUALIFICATIONS *Minimum qualifications* Currently enrolled full-time in a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent degree program. Knowledge of project coordination, marketing principles, and basic budgeting concepts.
