prAna Boulder | Pearl St. Mall Boulder, Colorado Overview of the Position: The Retail Supervisor (Visual Merchandising Emphasis) is a key part of our retail management team. They assist store leadership to deliver exceptional brand and customer experiences, drives store sales, and increase profitability. Assist in executing prAna marketing and promotional directives that will increase sales and grow our existing customer base. In addition to the primary focus on sales and service, the Retail Supervisor opens and/or closes the store on assigned shifts and will have assigned responsibilities related to store operations that fall into the categories of product, visual merchandising, education, back-of-house operations, store environment, and marketing. In the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, the Supervisor is responsible for management and leadership of the store and the team. Helps maintain high store standards and conditions while fostering a positive, inclusive, and inspiring environment. Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
