This "Support Specialist" will be working in the NEW Customer Service department. They will be answering calls/calling back leads that come in. When the Support Specialist makes contact with the lead, they will determine interest to talk to a Loan Officer - and then pass that lead to a Loan Officer. Support Specialists will walk through the 6-7 needed questions with the "Lead" to create an 'Application Start.' *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Must Haves: 3+ Months of experience working in an office setting navigating a computer with basic functions (opening email, navigating internet, etc) Excel, Word & Outlook experience *Experience Level* Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
