Position Title: Intake Operator
Wage: $20.50/Hour Shift: Mid Day Shift Hours: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM Play a vital role in quality control by ensuring raw products are unloaded efficiently and bulk tanks are washed and sanitized daily! Keep operations running smoothly by documenting and maintaining accurate records for every load and cleaning. Join a team where precision and cleanliness make all the difference! Intake Operator Responsibilities: - Unload raw product from truck and make sure inside of bulk tank gets washed and sanitized daily - Document and maintain appropriate records for loads and cleanings - Receive/document raw product - Sample load/cow samples for antibiotics, pH, and other possible inadequacies - Wash/sanitize bulk tank interior, hose and pump compartment, vents, and vent covers via manual or automatic controls - Maintain clean work environment, clean wash tanks, and complete documentation required by agriculture agencies and/or the dairy plant - Comply with all processes and procedures of SQF 2000 to assure safe, quality product - Report loads that are positive for antibiotics or other milk inadequacies Requirements for Intake Operator: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in food production, dairy, or a related field is preferred - Ability to operate equipment and follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) - Basic math and computer skills for record-keeping and reporting - Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the Midwest.
