Responsibilities

  • Perform centralized data support function for one or more division software packages.
  • Collect, organize, and enter detailed data for customers, suppliers and products.
  • Creating and managing the product files (commonly referred to as items or skus) is the primary function of this position.
  • Requires working with branch, division, and supplier product experts to create a cohesive, detailed, and complete set of items/skus for dozens of product lines that the division purchases and sells.
  • Role will require specific knowledge of division procedures, products, policies, and programs.
  • Duties may include testing new versions of division software packages, assisting with software problem research and resolution, and providing input for proposed software modifications within the area of expertise.
  • Responsive to internal and external customer needs
  • Demonstrate strong commitment to safety, quality, environmental awareness, and continuous process improvement.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent work experience in related job function.

Preferred Qualifications: AA Degree
