Your Role:

In this role, you will lead the Strategy and Solutions Technology team for designing, deploying, and supporting technical solutions that improve business processes. This role will provide thoughtful leadership and act as a trusted advisor on cross-functional initiatives and complex projects that include partnering with IT, Commercial, and Manufacturing team members with the focus on delivering results. The breadth of Planning and Fulfillment technologies encompasses Planning (Demand, Supply, S&OP), Customer Experience, and Logistics (Transportation, Warehousing, and Trade Compliance). This leader will focus on developing future leaders of the organization by ensuring they acquire the right skills and experience for future success.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead the Planning and Fulfillment Technology Team that is responsible for delivering technology solutions and defining strategic initiatives aimed to transform existing business processes to optimize cost and service level.

  • Forge the Planning and Fulfillment Technology roadmap that encompasses features, components, and upgrades.

  • Act as the Technology Product Owner that identifies new features, enhancements, and emerging solutions.

  • Solve high-impact problems and develop actionable technical solutions for the most challenging issues facing the business with an end-to-end focus to drive value capture.

  • Provide functional and technical leadership and hands on day-to-day technology support for global operations.

  • Foster and own the Technology partners relationships to driver greater adoption, speed to resolution, and strategic roadmaps.

  • Ensure the relationship between IT and Business teams is open, trusted and effective in understanding all perspectives and how best to work collaboratively.

  • Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business technology goals in collaboration with ISC leaders and stakeholders.

  • Build an effective team that can deliver, support and exploit transition to best in suite technologies for the organization's Planning and Fulfillment capabilities.

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or a related field; MBA or MS a plus.

  • 10 or more years of experience working in and leading cross functional global technology teams responsible for Supply Chain applications

  • 7 or more years of Project Management experience

  • 7 or more years of designing, developing and implementing ERPs (SAP, Oracle), CX, WMS, TMS, Demand and Supply Planning Applications, and Global Visibility Platforms.

  • Previous experience building and developing business cases and budgets for technology projects.

  • Previous experience in global Supply Chain medical device manufacturing network, or healthcare services and/or specialty pharmacy service preferred

  • Flexible and adaptable - able to work in ambiguous situations and to bring clarity to the process

  • In-depth knowledge of one or more of the following Integrated Supply chain functions is needed to guide development project: Manufacturing, Procurement, Engineering, Planning and/or Fulfillment.

  • Demonstrate project management acumen and skills to prioritize initiatives, build project roadmaps, scope, deliverables, metrics, and scheduled plan.

  • Proven track record of collaborating with functional leads to solve complex business problems and presenting solutions to leadership

  • Leadership and influencing skills, ability to successfully complete projects in a highly matrixed, consensus-driven organization

  • Ability to handle ambiguity effectively and oversee multiple projects at once

  • Exceptional oral and written communication and presentation skills

  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize data, set actionable goals and drive metrics and execution

  • Problem solving skills, ability to deal with complex and ambiguous business problems and develop concrete integrated supply chain and business recommendations

  • Critical thinking skills, ability to constructively challenge ideas and assumptions

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Advanced Excel.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Vantive, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $144,000 to $170,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
