Duties and Responsibilities |
- Manages and completes academic record requests in a timely manner including and not limited to: p/n , change of registration, enrollment verification, transcripts, sports eligibility requests ; while also handling requests that may require priority turn around or other customized processing.
- Maintains DocFinity job workflow up to date and regularly uses this system to access records and other documents.
- Promptly addresses and troubleshoots academic record requests, Parchment orders, DocFinity documents and other record related projects as needed.
- Provides records team and transcript team coverage as needed, via in person, by phone or e-mail.
- Demonstrates good judgment in troubleshooting records and transcript related issues.
- Completes National Student Clearinghouse enrollment and degree verification requests.
- Maintains regular communication with students, third party requestors and internal colleagues as it relates to the processing of academic record requests.
- Oversees day to day supply ordering for the Registration and Records department.
- Manages and regularly monitors the records team supply and inventory.
- Provides support with the academic standing process and grading processes including but not limited to grade rosters, missing grades reports, grade changes and incomplete grades.
- Assures that all student records handling and processing are in compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
- Other duties as assigned.
