Job Summary We're seeking a driven and detail-oriented Product Manager Intern to join our team in Columbia, SC! In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, working closely with our Technical Sales group. You'll be instrumental in creating post-installation layouts, learning about crucial security and process flows, and assisting with customer presentations. This internship offers the opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Customer Care, and R&D, and even lead projects. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Support the product development group Design and develop detailed layouts for post-installation projects, ensuring they meet customer specifications and technical requirements. Utilize CAD software and other relevant tools to create accurate and visually appealing layouts. Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to gather necessary information and incorporate feedback into the layout design. Conduct site visits to assess installation requirements and ensure layouts are feasible and practical. Maintain organized records of all layout designs and revisions. Solve complex problems Collect, analyze, and present data to internal and external customers Collaborate with customers, sales, finance, and project managers Ideal Candidate Full time student currently pursing a Business Administration or Engineering Degree Ability to start in Spring 2025 Strong foundation in mathematics, physics, and chemistry, with an eagerness for technical growth. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to be in office (Columbia, SC) a minimum of 10-15 hours/week Hourly Compensation Range: $15-$16/h. Compensation is determined based on competitive market data, experience, skillset and geographical location.
