Description Responsibilities:Managing facility maintenance (keeping the facility clean and kept up)Processing incoming and outgoing mailMaintain plant supplies (kitchen, office, IT, new hire, marketing, etc...)Plan and execute plant events (meetings, parties, etc...)Recruiting, orientation, onboarding of new employeesManage HR functions for the plant including benefit administration, payroll, complaints and conflict, record keeping, labor laws / complianceManage changes in policy and proceduresAnswering the phone and directing callsSupport other plant departments (sales, drafting, operations, etc...) Requirements Requirements:3+ years of Human Resources, Office Management, or Administrative Management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environmentEnjoy smiling and kindnessKnowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and proceduresExcellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize workAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational and planning skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and general computer useProven knowledge of accounting, data, and administrative management practices and proceduresProven knowledge of clerical practices and proceduresProven knowledge of human resources management practices and proceduresProven knowledge of business and management principlesDemonstration of CDI's core values, FAST-EASY-FUNEEO/Affirmative Action PolicyCDI is an equal opportunity employer and prohibits harassment of any kind.
