ABOUT THE JOB

* Supervise all production operation personnel.

* Organize and adjust work schedules for direct reports as needed for production.

* Manage employee performance (30, 60, 90 Day Reviews). Address and coach as necessary.

* Develop direct reports to the next level of leadership.

* Follow and enforce all Wis-Pak policies and procedures.

* Responsible for meeting production quality and efficiency standards.

* Review daily production paperwork for accuracy.

* Work within JDE to verify raw materials and adjust schedules as needed.

* Ensure that all first aid is given in case of injury and accidents are timely reported.

* Follow and enforce all Wis-Pak food safety requirements as presented in the Food Safety policy.

ABOUT YOU

The ideal candidate will have a high school education or equivalent; however, post-secondary education is preferred. The position requires some manufacturing or production background with a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience. Requires the ability to read, write, and interpret documents and problem solve. Should be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and have basic computer skills. The individual should have good communication and team building skills.
