JOB PURPOSE:

Implement, manage and report on grant deliverables and other key performance indicators for Endeavors Zero Suicide Initiative a CARF accredited Comprehensive Suicide Prevention program. Provide suicide prevention, intervention, and postvention training to Endeavors staff and community partners.


Qualifications

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Implement the Zero Suicide Initiative program goals, objectives, and develop program pathway to care processes.

* Collaborate with other programs and departments to meet training needs as they arise.

* Provide weekly/monthly reports to the Community Wellness Services leadership on Zero Suicide Initiative implementation status.

* Completes all necessary data entry requirements to funders quarterly.

* Manage all Suicide Prevention Coordinators.

* Oversees and leads the Endeavors Zero Suicide Initiative internal committees.

* Delivers suicide prevention training to Endeavors staff and the collaborative network.

* Track the grant indicators, objectives, outcomes, KPI's monthly dashboards for Community Wellness Services leadership for distribution to senior leadership, Initiative staff and Zero Suicide Initiative Internal committees for guidance and annual reports to grantor.

* Compile data and create Annual Programmatic Report; Infrastructure Development, Prevention, and Mental Health Promotion Indicators (IPP) report, and organizational fidelity monitoring reports.

* Create and maintain excellent relationships with collaborative network and community-based providers.

* Manage budget expenditures to maintain budget adherence under the supervision of the Director of Suicide Prevention and Community Services.

* Demonstrate Exceptional customer service, in Everything you do, by placing the child, family, Veteran or client first to support our mission to "Empower people to build better lives for themselves, their families, and their communities."

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION: BA/BS in project management, business administration, social services, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Experience may be considered in lieu of education.

EXPERIENCE: 2+years experience leading small to large-scale projects requiring engagement of multiple business/program areas and operations. Demonstrated proficiency in project implementation and management, public speaking, leadership, training, prevention program development, evaluation, strategic planning, and data compilation. Military cultural competency is required. Previous experience in providing suicide prevention training is required.

ATTENDANCE: Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is determined in the employer's sole discretion.

LICENSES: Driver's License with clear record. Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check.

VEHICLE: Must have daily use of a vehicle without prior notice. Position requires the ability to travel on short notice. Local travel and occasional overnight travel required.

OTHER: Must be available and willing to travel to various locations and with such frequency as the business need dictates. Must be able to support a home office if remote operational needs arise.
