Compensation Grade: P23Compensation Details: Minimum: $82,711.00 - Maximum: $82,711.00 AnnuallyDepartment (OHEHR) AI - AIDS InstituteJob Description: In addition to the Compensation Details above, the incumbent in this position will be eligible to receive location pay ($4,000/year). Responsibilities Minimum Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in a related field and three years of experience in program coordination; OR an Associate's degree in a related field and five years of such experience; OR seven years of such experience. A Master's degree in a related field may substitute for one year of experience. At least one year of experience must have included supervision of staff and/or program management. Preferred QualificationsKnowledge of/experience in program planning, implementation, and evaluation, as well as knowledge of the Ryan White programs or similar healthcare initiatives, demonstrating familiarity with the unique requirements of these programs. Knowledge of/experience with quality improvement methodologies, healthcare policy development and analysis, and proficiency in data analysis and report generation. Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to conduct training sessions, along with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including providers and consumers. Conditions of Employment Grant funded position. Compliance with funding requirements such as time and effort reporting, grant deliverables, and contract deliverables, is required. Valid and unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. is required. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Travel, up to 25% of the time, will be required. The selected candidate must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the official work location specified in the job posting and must also be located in or willing to relocate to one of the following states: New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Vermont, or Massachusetts, prior to hire.
