Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Systems Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in optimizing and supporting procurement and supply chain processes. This role requires a strong understanding of S/4HANA P2P modules, the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, and experience in implementing or supporting SAP S/4HANA in dynamic business environments.

Responsibilities:



  • Optimize procurement processes such as requisitioning, purchase order creation, supplier management, invoice verification, inventory management and payment processing and implement appropriate workflows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, translate them into S/4HANA solutions and drive excellence and continuous improvement in End-to-End Procurement and Supply Chain Processes.
  • Design, configure, and deploy S/4HANA modules, including Materials Management (MM), integration with Finance (FI) and non-SAP tools.
  • Work closely with the BTP and Analytics team(s) to implement custom applications and reporting solutions to improve usability, efficiency and data driven decision making within the SCM/P2P areas.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the P2P processes and integration to ensure smooth S/4HANA operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and field operations to align P2P processes with broader supply chain and finance operations.
  • Assume full end-to-end ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring they are executed with precision, timeliness, and alignment to business objectives.
  • Stay updated on SAP S/4HANA advancements and recommend process improvements or feature adoption.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including configuration guides, process workflows, and training materials.
  • Provide end-user support and training, promoting seamless adoption of new functionalities.


Education and Experience:



  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain, specifically in Procure-to-Pay processes.
  • Expertise in S/4HANA Materials Management (MM) and Accounts Payable (AP) modules.
  • Experience with SAP Fiori apps, S/4 Flexible Workflow including role mapping, configuration, and customization.
  • Proficiency in configuring SAP P2P functionalities, including procurement workflows, inventory management, and payment processes.
  • Familiarity with Enverus-Open Invoice and its integration with S/4HANA is a plus.
  • Experience and familiarity with modern analytical tools such as Excel, PowerBI and SAC.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices in procurement, compliance, and supply chain operations.


Required Skills:



  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering user-centric solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.
  • SAP S/4HANA certification in Procurement or Supply Chain modules is a plus.
  • Oil and Gas Industry experience is a plus.
