RN - Med-Surg Float Pool - PT (Days)

Float Pool Overview:

Mercy Fort Smith's Float Pool supports all inpatient units except Women's & Children's. This team is made up of extremely adaptable RN's deployed each shift to support our unit staffing and ensure we continue giving excellent care to patients and their families! If you like change and a wide variety of patient populations, this team is for you!

Full-Time: 36 Hours/Week

Part-Time: 12 Hours/Week

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
• Certifications:Must have American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within probationary period. Must have ACLS and BLS or obtain within 90 days of hire.
