Coke Florida is looking for a Supply Network Planning Specialist based out of our Tampa HQ location, working Mon-Fri from 8-5.

What You Will Do:

A Supply Network Planning (SNP) Specialist focuses on optimizing supply chain performance through the configuration, maintenance, and management of advanced planning systems like Blue Yonder (JDA), SAP, and similar tools. They oversee the setup of system parameters, including New Item set up, inventory optimization, and transportation planning, ensuring accurate data flow across the supply network. The specialist ensures that the system settings are correctly configured to align with business goals, such as warehouse capacity, safety stock levels, and lead times, while also maintaining system integrity. They also support continuous improvement efforts by analyzing system-generated insights, troubleshooting issues, and adjusting settings to optimize network efficiency, reduce stockouts, and manage costs. Additionally, they provide user support and training on system functionalities, ensuring effective utilization across departments.

Collaboration with Planners: collaborates with supply planners to ensure system configurations support efficient inventory management and production planning. While the SNP specialist manages system settings and optimization, supply planners focus on maintaining inventory levels and ensuring timely product replenishment. They work together to align system parameters with actual supply capabilities, adjusting settings as needed to avoid stockouts or excess inventory. The SNP specialist also provides technical support and adjusts the system based on feedback from supply planners to improve overall network efficiency.

Coordination with Management: works with management by providing data-driven insights and recommendations to improve supply chain efficiency and align operational strategies with business goals. They regularly collaborate with management to report on key performance metrics, such as inventory levels, production capacity, and network optimization, highlighting areas for improvement. The SNP specialist helps management make informed decisions by analyzing trends and system outputs, ensuring that the supply network operates within desired service levels and cost parameters.

Roles and Responsibilities:



  • Manage item setups in the system, including adding new products, defining item attributes (SKU, Material types) and ensuring proper categorization for accurate planning
  • Oversee the deletion process, ensuring obsolete or discontinued items and properly remove from the system to main data integrity and avoid operational disruptions
  • Drive process improvement by analyzing data to identify inefficiencies and recommending systems operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine supply chain processes that align with business goals.
  • Uses tools like Blue Yonder to optimize inventory management, production scheduling and capacity planning
  • Continuously monitor and feedback loops to ensure improvement is sustained and adjusted as needed to enhance overall supply chain performance.
  • Develop standard operating procedures, workflow diagrams and training materials to ensure consistent and compliance across the enterprise.



For this role, you will need:



  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in supply chain planning, production, or other relevant work experience may substitute for formal education
  • Previous experience with Supply Chain Planning software and tools such SAP and BlueYonder
  • Strong analytical experience
  • Experience with forecasting and planning required
  • Previous project management experience highly desired
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal
  • Change agent who thrives in a fast pace, ever changing environment
  • Consumer goods and Beverage Industry knowledge is desired
  • Customer focused



Additional qualifications that will make you successful in this role:



  • Strong Experience with MS Office Suite and Data Analytic skills (Pivot Tables, VLookups, Power BI and SQL) for performance tracking and reporting
  • Previous experience with JDA
  • Strong negotiation, collaboration, and analytical skills
