Are you a master coordinator with a knack for customer service and a love for keeping things running smoothly? Then listen up! We're on the hunt for a dynamic Beverage Service Specialist to become a vital part of our team in Union, Missouri!

In this role, you won't just be pushing papers -- you'll be the linchpin that ensures top-notch service for all things beverage equipment. Think installations, speedy repairs, and keeping everything in tip-top shape. You'll be the friendly voice and organized mind that keeps our customers happy and our technicians on track.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:



  • Service Scheduling Superstar: You'll be the maestro of schedules, coordinating installations and service calls with customers, vendors, and our awesome technicians. Think Tetris, but with calendars and beverage systems!
  • Customer Connection Champion: You'll be the friendly face (or voice!) of our service team. Customers will turn to you for updates, answers, and solutions. Your goal? Total customer smiles and satisfaction!
  • Tech Team Ally: You'll keep our technicians in the loop, making sure they have all the info and gear they need to conquer any installation or service call. You're the behind-the-scenes hero making them shine!
  • Shipping & Receiving Rockstar: From tiny parts to big equipment, you'll oversee it all coming and going. Accuracy and timeliness are your superpowers, ensuring everything gets where it needs to be, when it needs to be there.
  • Supplier Superhero: You'll build relationships with our parts and equipment suppliers, placing orders, tracking shipments, and tackling any hiccups along the way. You're the communication whiz that keeps the supply chain flowing.

What You Bring to the Table (Besides a Great Attitude):



  • Experience Pours In: 2+ years in customer service, logistics, or something similar. Bonus points if you know your way around beverage equipment!
  • Book Smarts (But Not Too Many): High school diploma or equivalent is a must, but an associate degree or higher is even better!
  • Skills That Pop: Your detail-oriented, a multitasking pro, and super organized. Plus, you communicate like a champ!
  • Tech Know-How: You're comfortable with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) -- basically, you're digitally savvy.
  • Ready to Roll (Sometimes After Hours): Flexibility is key! You're willing to be on call occasionally for evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.
