We're looking for a Vendor Data Specialist to join our ever-evolving Global Accounting team to help us unleash the potential of every business. Are you ready to make your mark? Then you sound like a Worldpayer. About the Team Global Accounting: Our team ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial data, supporting the company's financial health and compliance. Vendor Data Management: This specific team plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate vendor data, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with data standards and regulations. What You'll Own Interacting with Suppliers and Teams: Collaborate with suppliers, procurement, and partner teams to correct or obtain information for supplier setup. Documentation Confirmation: Ensure required documentation for new supplier setups, such as W-9, W-8, VAT numbers, ACH forms, etc., is complete. Data Correction: Correct data within Oracle and complete manual steps in supplier setup as needed. Error List Management: Work through error lists from automation to correct data or setups as needed. Issue Resolution: Handle issue resolution, escalations, and emergencies. Process Documentation: Help develop and maintain documentation for processes, compliance, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Data Protection: Protect sensitive data, including bank accounts and TINs (such as SSNs). Report Analysis: Analyze reports to identify and address issues. Aging Reports and Supplier Holds: Help decrease aging reports and manage supplier holds and merges. What You Bring ERP System Knowledge: Strong knowledge of an ERP system, preferably Oracle and Raindrop. Procure-to-Pay Process: Strong understanding of the Procure-to-Pay process. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric disposition that can diffuse contentious situations with vendors and internal customers. Analytical Skills: Skilled in providing analysis and commentary on metrics and files. Required Behaviors: Think, Act, Win.
