Contracts Administrator

• Coordinate execution of commercial agreements (NDAs, CDAs, Master Service Agreements, etc.)

• Analyze potential risks associated with contract terms and identify mitigation strategies
• Monitor ongoing contracts to ensure compliance with terms, track performance metrics, and address any contractual issues or disputes
• Act as a primary point of contact for the contracting team with clients and internal stakeholders

• Partner closely with Legal, Business Development, Risk, Operations and Finance for complex contract escalations as required
• Maintain a comprehensive contract repository, including contract documents, amendments, and relevant details pertaining to service lines

Minimum Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years experience in a contracts admin role, including reviewing NDAs, CDAs, Master Services Agreements, and RFIs.

Preferred Requirements:

• Law and/or Paralegal Certifications

• Work experience in a contract research organization or the life sciences industry
