Responsibilities & Qualifications

Our Opportunity:

As a Senior HR Business Partner (Senior HRBP), you will be a key strategic partner to executive leadership and assigned business units. Your main responsibility is to align HR initiatives with business objectives, enabling organizational success. You'll lead and execute people strategies that drive a relationship-based culture, prepare our workforce for the future, and influence change by guiding leadership through transformation efforts.

In this role, you will leverage HR analytics to provide actionable insights on workforce trends and talent strategies, helping leadership make informed, data-driven decisions. You will oversee associate relations, and foster a positive, inclusive work environment. Your work will directly impact our business, empowering leaders to drive results while supporting long-term associate development and success.

Key Responsibilities and Expected Outcomes:

    Partner with executive leadership to develop and implement people strategies that align with organizational goals, driving measurable outcomes such as increased associate engagement and business performance.
  • Provide actionable insights from HR metrics and analytics to help leadership make informed decisions on talent, workforce trends, and organizational design.
  • Lead change management initiatives, guiding leaders through transitions, assessing impacts, and developing communication strategies to ensure smooth transformations.
  • Oversee associate experience initiatives, ensuring a workplace culture that fosters engagement, inclusion, and alignment with company values. Lead efforts to proactively listen to associates, address concerns with integrity and professionalism, and implement strategies that enhance overall employee satisfaction and workplace effectiveness.
  • Implement talent management strategies, including succession planning, leadership development, and performance management, ensuring the development of a strong talent pipeline.
  • Mentor junior HR professionals, enhancing team effectiveness and promoting a collaborative culture within the HR function.
  • Lead HR initiatives and projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals, best practices, and strategic objectives.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Proven Results: 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with a track record of successfully aligning HR strategies with business objectives and driving measurable results in organizational performance and workforce development.
  • Change Leadership: Experience in guiding organizations through change, assessing impacts, and developing communication strategies that ensure successful transitions.
  • HR Expertise: A deep understanding of HR metrics, talent management strategies, and organizational design, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Leadership Development: Experience in mentoring and developing junior HR professionals and coaching leaders, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture within the HR function.
  • Employee Relations Mastery: Skilled in managing associate relations issues and proactively creating strategies that foster a positive, and inclusive work environment.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Proven ability to work effectively with leaders across the organization, building strong partnerships to achieve common goals.
