Position Overview:
Ameresco currently has a new opportunity for an Integration and Warehouse Intern based in Tomball, Texas to join the Solar Development team. This internship is part-time and will report into the Senior VP of Sales and Marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Consistent delivery of a positive customer experience as evident through minimal customer complaints and defect free control panel construction.

  • Willingness to assist associates.

  • Accountable to committed tasks as needed to complete projects.

  • Prioritize work schedule effectively.

  • Demonstrate proficient use of basic power and hand tools.

  • Communicate any print inaccuracies to the Project Manager and/or Shop Supervisor.

  • Maintain clean shop/work area - Includes putting tools away, sweeping floor, depositing recyclable materials, and taking out garbage as a shared responsibility.

  • Assistance with value-add distribution assembly.

  • Loads and unloads materials and supplies.

  • Records deliveries and pickups.

  • Maintains inventory records and tracking system.

  • Determines appropriate places for storage.

  • Ensure proper recording of outgoing materials.

  • Pick and Packs Outgoing Shipments.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program focused on Engineering, Science or Math.

Additional Qualifications:

  • An interest in solar and/or renewable energy is preferred.

  • Strong verbal, written, and computer communication skills.
