Responsibilities Keysight's Global Sales organization has a great opportunity for the right individual to become part of an exciting and dynamic team! The Service and Renewals Sales District Manager is responsible for managing our service and renewal sales organization and driving ARR (annual recurring revenue) for a $40M+ annual business. The Service and Renewal Sales District Manager requires strong leadership skills, demonstrates proven and disciplined sales methodologies, and is responsible for driving growth across our service sales for Keysight hardware and software products. The District Manager leads a sales organization of sellers responsible for new services business, sale of first year conversions (renewals), maintenance agreements, complex custom engagements, and upselling/cross selling the Keysight services portfolio to all levels without our customers, from technicians to senior executives. The District Managers focus will be developing and leading a top producing sales team, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities also include development and unification of various business processes, influencing long-term strategic direction, managing sales funnel activities, driving sales targeted programs and campaigns to drive revenue growth, precision sales forecasts, and working directly with internal stakeholders, partner sales organizations and customers to further establish Keysight as a long-term value partner. ** This is a non-technical position ** California Pay Range: USD $169,010.00 - USD $281,680.00 Year Note: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region. The level of this role will be based on applicable experience, education, and skills; most offers will be be between the minimum and the midpoint of the salary range listed.
