Workforce Development Program Analyst HR Learning and Dev Full Time 83693BR Job Summary To ensure the successful launch and integration of UCSF Workforce Development initiatives, we are seeking a Workforce Development Program Analyst to act as the central administrator for several large-scale program initiatives. The incumbent will manage both strategic and operational administrative duties for the department Director and plays a crucial role in maintaining relationships with our community partners and program participants through timely, transparent, and accurate communication. The Workforce Development Program Analyst uses skills as a seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of analytical practices, policies and procedures; researches, analyzes and develops solutions to a wide range of issues. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Primarily deals with policies, programs and proposals which are complex in nature and diverse in scope. Develops new programs, policies, or procedures for possible implementation. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $72,000 - $116,700 (Annual Rate).
