Job Details The Nurse Manager of Operations works in partnership with the centralized resource management center to ensure appropriate resource allocation and deployment across the nursing region. This manager supports successful workforce management focused on concepts of forecasting, scheduling, staffing, and improving that contribute to strategic workforce resource direction and successful daily operations of the centralized resource management office.
