Production Assistant - 1st Shift Shift: 1st Pay: $17 (Based on experience) Job Responsibilities: Production Assistance: Actively participate in food production alongside the production team, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and according to company standards. Quality Monitoring: Ensure the quality of the finished product by following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) standards. Sanitation and Compliance: Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety, quality, and sanitation guidelines to keep the production environment safe and hygienic. Assist the management team with any other tasks or duties necessary to keep production running smoothly and efficiently.
