Financial Analyst (Atlanta-based talent only) We are now recruiting on behalf of a rapidly growing, private equity-backed service company for a skilled Financial Analyst. This unique opportunity offers high visibility and direct impact on the business. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to partner closely with Operations leaders, with plenty of room for growth into management. The Financial Analyst will work closely with field operations to provide financial reporting, track key performance indicators (KPIs), support budgeting and financial analysis, and ensure smooth accounting processes. You will serve as a key partner to Operations leaders around the country, helping them understand their financial performance, uncover drivers of their business, and identify opportunities for bottom-line improvements. Key Responsibilities: Assist field operations with financial reporting, monthly accounting closing, and KPI tracking Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to support business decisions Support the budgeting and forecasting process Provide financial analysis to help drive operational improvements and efficiency Work closely with Operations teams to communicate financial results and strategies Travel out of state on a quarterly basis to support various locations Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting 1-3+ years of relevant experience in Finance, FP&A, and/or Accounting Strong business acumen with a desire to partner with Operations leaders and help drive financial success Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with leaders across the organization.
