Crating Supervisor (Bilingual - English/Spanish Required) Shift: 1st Shift (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM) Pay: $22/hr (Based on Experience) We are seeking a Crating Supervisor to join our team. This is a hands-on supervisory role responsible for overseeing a team of crating personnel, ensuring they perform their duties safely and efficiently, and maintaining high standards for quality and accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Team Supervision: Oversee a crew of less than 10 employees, ensuring that all tasks are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company procedures. Safety Compliance: Ensure all safety rules and procedures are followed on the shop floor, providing guidance to staff on best practices. Operational Support: Work closely with various departments to ensure customer needs are met, facilitating communication and collaboration across teams. Documentation & Process Compliance: Ensure that all required documentation is completed accurately by personnel and that department workflows are followed.
