Visual Display Associate *Shift: 1st, (7AM - 3:30 PM)* Pay: $17 - $19/hr, depending on experience We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Display Associate to join our team and help design and maintain eye-catching showroom displays. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming the showroom floor into an engaging and visually appealing environment that attracts customers and enhances their shopping experience. Key Responsibilities: Display Design & Implementation: Collaborate with store leadership to plan and design showroom floor layouts, display focal points, and the overall design flow. Merchandise Presentation: Create visually appealing displays based on current trends, themes, and promotional materials. Incorporate accessories to complement the displays and reflect the store's style. Lighting Optimization: Strategically use lighting to highlight displays and increase customer engagement. Signage & Tags: Arrange tags, signage, and other materials to enhance the presentation of merchandise, ensuring they reflect current promotions and engage customers. Inventory Management: Maintain records of display inventory and assist in receiving, uncrating, and assembling accessories as needed. Display Maintenance: Set up, maintain, and remove displays in alignment with promotions and direction from store leadership.
