Full-Time Employed: 40 hours/week

Location: Oak St and 44th St in Phoenix, AZ

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus (Additional Language Differential Pay Available)

Responsibilities:

As a Clinician II you will be responsible for screenings, assessments, treatment planning, case load management, group/individual counseling, crisis management and coordination of care. You will prepare intake documentation, progress notes, event notifications and other documentation regarding clients in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.

In this role, you will provide individual and group counseling to our members, to include crisis management, as needed. Other duties include coordination of care, therapeutic interventions and completing thorough clinical documentation.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in the behavioral health field and one year of relevant experience in a behavioral health setting; OR
  • A non-behavioral health field bachelor's degree and two years of relevant experience in a behavioral health setting.
  • Minimum 1 year recovery from drugs and/or alcohol
  • Computer Skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, electronic medical record, NextGen preferred
  • Minimum typing speed of 25 wpm
  • Valid AZ Driver License. Must have valid Arizona driver's license, be 21 years of age with minimum 4 years driving experience, and meet requirements of Terros Health's driving policy
  • Must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card (Level 1) or apply for an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card within 7 working days of employment
  • Interpersonal skills which allow for professional and positive relationships with co-workers, members, families, and other community members
  • Good communication skills, evidenced by a non-judgmental approach, effective listening and positive interactions
  • Must pass background check, TB test and other pre-employment screening
