The Opportunity
Become a member of the Adobe team and contribute to our mission of transforming the digital landscape. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape our content strategy and have a direct impact on the delivery of world-class digital experiences. As the Manager of Demo Strategy for Content, Commerce, Workfront & GenStudio, you will be instrumental in driving our pre-sales demonstrability, ensuring smooth demos, and pushing boundaries.
What you'll Do
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy that aligns with Adobe's GTM goals including for Adobe Experience Manager, Commerce, and Workfront.
- Lead and manage the content supply chain to ensure efficient and effective content delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive central initiatives and influence outcomes.
- Create clear demo strategy around Adobe Experience Manager and its sub-products, such as Sites, Edge Delivery Services, and Assets, and align with stakeholders across the product, marketing, and sales teams.
- Build and drive ambitious demo strategies that resonate with our audience and compete in the global market.
- Coordinate the demonstrability of GenStudio solution, ensuring seamless access to and creation of demos and management of those offerings.
- Identify and effectively implement standard methodologies for content creation, distribution, and performance measurement.
What you need to succeed
- Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience with Adobe Experience Manager and its sub-products.
- Experienced problem solver with a proven track record of crafting and implementing successful strategies.
- Outstanding ability to influence and collaborate with matrix organizations outside of direct control.
- In-depth understanding of content supply chains and digital content creation and delivery.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to strictly adhere to deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $185,700 -- $314,100 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
