Responsible for delivering profitable sales growth for the Nestle USA export business to assigned international regions. The Commercial Development Manager is responsible for growing our business with existing accounts, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities via geographic expansion and/or new item introductions. This includes activities such as: developing business plans for new markets and/or new items, keeping track of sales by account, by product and by country, managing trade budget, accurate forecasting, tracking letters of authorization from Nestle companies, following the IPTAP process, and collaborating with other functions to ensure compliance with Nestle business standards.

Key Responsibilities:
List the main results which the job must deliver in order to achieve its purpose.
o Own overall strategy and planning to deliver profitable growth within the assigned international regions.

o Region management: track authorized products and markets, balancing growth opportunities with compliance needs, including securing and maintaining Letters of Authorization (LOA) from Nestle companies, and following the IPTAP process.

o Product management: optimize portfolio based on growth potential and profitability, keeping track of product registrations by country, and monitoring regulations that may impact the business.

o Customer management: develop existing customers, ensuring trade is effectively utilized, and identify new customers to accelerate business growth. Manage orders and coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure COF.

o Identify and Establish New International Distributors: Research and identify potential international distributors. Evaluate their capabilities and suitability for the company's portfolio. Establish strong relationships with these distributors to ensure successful partnerships.
o Manage Export Operations: Oversee and manage all aspects of the export process, including coordinating international customers' orders, deliveries, and payments.
o Forecast Market Trends: Analyze and forecast current and future export sales to incorporate them into the business strategy. Provide market intelligence and industry insights to support decision-making.

Key Experiences:

o Minium 4 years of experience in Category Sales, Commercial Development, or Marketing

o Demonstrable record of success delivering key commercial KPI's

o Demonstrable record of successfully developing and managing distributors and retail customers

o Experience with export markets (preferred)
