Reviewing customer refund requests and tracking refunds completed. Communicating with our customers via phone and email to obtain additional information when needed. As well as communicating with accounting manager on any issues related to refund requests. Working within Smartsheets to track all refund and receipt inquiries. Billing of AR Suite Invoices to the client. Tracking incoming payments into our lockbox and supplying our corporate accounting team with application support when needed. Recording payments in Infor (Catering System). Ad Hoc invoicing and billing. Qualifications Minimal of 2-years' experience in AR with some background in collections. Strong communication skills via email and over the phone. Some knowledge in Excel. Experience with Adobe DC Pro. Customer Service experience. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload. Experience in cross functional POS systems is preferred but not required. Some Knowledge of Smartsheets system is a plus but not required. Apply to Levy today!
