As the Healthcare Solution Architect, you will be bridging business and technology to meet organizational needs. You will be responsible for solutioning, designing, and supporting the implementation of new business capabilities and technologies to enhance business processes. Responsibilities

    Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owner, and external partners to develop an end-to-end view of required system capabilities; prepare high level requirements, business flows, and process diagrams to fully describe the solution to be delivered.
  • Use logical/critical thinking, systems analysis, and healthcare industry knowledge to make product, design, and workaround recommendations, formulate questions to drive to detailed requirements, and to identify requirement and system gaps.
  • Design, develop and maintain documentation of system and product capabilities
  • Create Business Architecture documents including, but not limited to: Process flow diagrams, Mapping of business capability to systems, Capability roadmaps, Data models, Business models, and Data mappings
  • Work with Project Management, Product Owner, Development Management, and Test Team Management to define solutions that balance business requirements, competing priorities, timelines and other constraints, system performance, and available resources while minimizing technical debt.
  • Collaborate with development team manager/leads to define the work to be performed by the development team to meet the business requirements.
  • Collaborate with developers and technical leads to provide input and recommendations on both high level and low level technical decisions during the development of the solution.
  • Support test team members through knowledge transfer of both the requirements and the planned solution to help ensure full and accurate testing coverage.
  • Help manage/monitor scrum teams, processes, deployments, and environments to identify and mitigate dependencies, schedule conflicts, and project and process risks and gaps, and to ensure project success.
  • Follow enhancements/functionality from inception, requirements and technical elaboration, design, development, deployment, testing, defect correction, deployment to production, and maintenance/production issue resolution to ensure that requirements and targets are met.
  • Utilize deep understanding of system/product functionality and business need to help triage and facilitate both short and long term resolution of production issues.
  • Utilize servant leadership, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of the system and domain to help facilitate resolution of project team roadblocks.
  • Bring a holistic perspective of real-time communications, information, and architectures in support of FSC's transformation and modernization activities.
  • Work with cross-functional business and technology groups to promote open communication and teamwork; help "translate" between business and technical teams.
  • Train and/or mentor both technical and business team members as appropriate.
  • Facilitate development of ROMs and LOEs for potential future work/enhancements to inform Product Owner and Leadership decisions.
  • Proficient in creating workflow diagrams, conducting process mapping, and performing gap analysis to assess current (AS-IS) and proposed (TO-BE) processes.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in business solutioning and implementation within the Healthcare domain.
  • Strong expertise in SDLC methodologies, including agile/scrum frameworks, hybrid agile, and waterfall, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business units and technology teams on major initiatives.
  • Self-driven and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
  • Extensive experience providing business and technical solution guidance across various subject matter areas; Systems Intergration, Security and COTS (Custom of the Shelf) Product Integration.
  • In-depth understanding of healthcare business operations, technologies, tools, and applications.
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills, with proven ability to deliver compelling presentations and facilitate productive meetings.
  • Extensive experience in taking program requirements and creating an architecture vision having experience in high volume and high availability networks and systems.
  • Experience in creating and conveying to team members the architectural vision for a program or project.
  • Experience in establishing and enforcing standards and practices
  • Experience prioritizing work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong writing skills and/or technical editing skills

  • Provides industry insights, market trends, and best practices to influence continuous improvement initiatives, collaborating closely with senior management.
  • Keeps abreast of new business policies, technology and market developments (including federal regulations) and suggests adoption of new technologies and tools to improve quality of business solutioning and related deliverables.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree B.S. in Computer Science or Information Management, or related field

Clearance:

  • The ability to obtain a government moderate background security clearance

Location:

  • Remote, USA

Pay Range

  • This position ranges from $89,145 to $110,625.
  • The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
  • Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses.
