Job Description

The SeniorOrganizational ChangeManager, Change Coach will be a key member in Visa's Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO), which is responsible for driving meaningful and sustainable change across the many segments of Visa's business. Broad topics may include, but are not limited to:

  • Helping to develop strategies and initiatives that drive step-change improvement in accountability
  • Addressing enterprise-wide organizational improvements to unlock revenue or capacity
  • Identifying areas of opportunity to improve the client experience and accelerate time-to-market

As a Sr. Manager, this role will be an individual contributor within the Implementation and Change practice and be responsible for enabling the execution of behavior and mindset changes in support of Visa's transformation initiatives and upleveling Visa's enterprise change capability. Reporting to the Senior Director, Strategic Change,this individual will play a critical role in driving organizational change initiatives by partnering with executives and key stakeholders from across the business. This individual will coach initiative leaders through the development of change strategies and implementation of change plans. The Sr. Manager will also be responsible for developing and delivering Visa's enterprise change capability curriculum.This person will be essential to ensuring the business can thrive during change.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be a natural coach, who is flexible and can work outside of the box. This person shouldhave direct experience with developing and executing effective change strategies, spanning organizational design changes, cultural changes, and tools and process changes.Key responsibilities will include:

  • Coach executives and seniorleaders leading transformational change in their organizationon how to effectively execute the people side of change
  • In an advisory capacity,coach initiative leaders through thedevelopment ofkey change deliverables, including change strategies, impact assessments, stakeholder assessments andengagement plans, communication strategiesand plans, training strategiesand plans, and organizational readiness to develop comprehensive change strategies that align with business objectives and key initiatives.
  • In a full-service capacity,directly develop the change strategy, including the impact assessment,stakeholder assessment, and plans for communications, training, measurement, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop change measurement recommendations and monitor the effectiveness of implementation, advising leaders of methods to course correct if key metrics or not being met or barriers points are identified.Identify key stakeholders and develop engagement plans to ensure their support and involvement in change initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Communications to incorporate campaign narratives into key employee touchpoints and other employee transformationnarratives
  • In partnership with Visa University, design and deliver curriculum to uplevelVisa's ability to lead and thrive through change, including self-paced learning, live workshops, certification programs, andtailored training programs to ensure employees have the skills and knowledge needed to adopt new ways of working

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications

  • 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
  • Proven experience leading large-scale change initiatives and working with senior executives.
  • Robust understanding of various organizational change management principles, methodologies, tools and best practices
  • Prosci certification
  • Experience in developing and delivering tailored change management training programs
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Suite including Word, PPT, Teams and SharePoint
  • Previous experience working in a consulting firm as part of an implementation team, in particular in a coaching or advisory capacity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct impact assessments and develop risk mitigation plans.
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics in a matrixed environment
  • Self-motivated with the ability to exercise independent judgment with minimal direction from management
  • Collaborative and team-oriented, with the ability to build strong relationships across the organization
Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 134,900.00 to 195,750.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
