Title: Compliance Analyst Duration: 6 Months, possible extension Location: Remote As this is an entry level analyst, any auditing, financial, SOX experience would be a plus. Looking for self motivated, good communication as this is a remote role. Job Description: The Compliance Analyst will work closely with the BTS Enablement SOX team to help with the execution of the SOX program. This individual will assist the senior members of the team with scheduling meetings, gathering documentation, analyzing information provided by teams for completeness, and tracking and following up when documentation is past due. Responsibilities * Schedule walkthrough, follow up, and team meetings * Assist with identifying and tracking missing documentation * Update the system of record (Workiva) with any new or changing information * Assist with reporting team metrics and weekly status reporting Requirements: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management * Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with customer service orientation * Self-starter and flexible team player * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing processes and procedures * Experience in auditing is a plus Tools: * MS Office Suite (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook) * OneNote * Sharepoint * Power BI would be a plus | |
