The Partners Group currently has an outstanding opportunity for a detail-oriented and client-focused professional to join our Wealth Management team as a Client Service Associate based in our Portland, Oregon office.

How you will have an impact at TPG

The primary role of the Client Service Associate is to provide exceptional client service by managing communications, scheduling, and paperwork for investment and insurance clients. This individual will ensure seamless client experiences and operational efficiency, ultimately contributing to the organization's overall success.


What a typical day in this role looks like:



  • Act as the main client contact, addressing calls, emails, and inquiries
  • Schedule, confirm, and prepare for client and advisor meetings

  • Process client paperwork and maintain accurate records



  • Update and organize client files for reporting and compliance



  • Ensure compliance by submitting materials for review and adhering to policies



  • Coordinate with external partners to resolve client needs




Key details

Location: Portland, OR; in-office, with hybrid-remote options after 90 days or proven job proficiency

Hours: 40 hours/week, Mon-Fri

Compensation: $60,000-68,000 per year, DOE. This position is Salaried Non-Exempt and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with FLSA regulations.

Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for long periods of time, ability to communicate verbally and in writing, and ability to handle long periods of screen time

Travel: Minimal

What you'll bring to the table



  • At minimum, a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent industry experience
  • A least 3 years of experience in the financial services or investment sector, with at least 2 years in client service-related work. Comparable work experience will be considered.
  • Thorough knowledge of financial products and services
  • Professional level of written and verbal communication skills; critical thinking skills
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
  • A high level of accountability, organization, collaboration, and attention to detail
