Genesis10 is currently seeking a Data Management Analyst with our client in the financial Industry located in Charlotte, NC, Minneapolis, MN, and Irving, TX . This is a 5+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Data Management Review and analyze multi-faceted, larger-scale, or longer-term Data Management challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented scenarios Contribute to the resolution of complex situations requiring a solid understanding of policies, procedures, compliance requirements, and deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel to ensure data governance and policy adherence Lead meetings, formulate probing questions, and think critically to address potential issues and explore all solutions effectively Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education Understanding of data governance frameworks, data lineage at an application level, and regulatory requirements Intermediate SQL skills to review and validate queries for compliance with regulations. Proficiency in advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting Self-starter with the ability to adapt to evolving policies and regulatory efforts Strong critical thinking, technical understanding, and attention to detail to navigate complex data management challenges Effective communication skills to lead meetings, document requirements accurately, and collaborate across teams Familiarity with commercial lending terminology and regulatory concepts such as 2052, BSA, M vs. Q Pay Range: $60-70 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
