Description
Business Analyst The Business Analyst is a pivotal member of the sales & operations team, being accountable for the seamless execution of sales operations by managing the one-version-of-the-truth reporting in Salesforce (CRM), internal sales processes, and reporting & analysis through Salesforce. This role is integral to the sales operations, interfacing with billing and collections, and Customer Experience - class delivery. The Business Analyst will be the Salesforce expert, training others and implementing optimizations to the CRM system and corresponding sales processes. They will foster a collaborative culture within the sales team and improve the Salesforce skills and accuracy of the team. Leveraging analytical skills, they will draw insights and business recommendations from the data and reports they produce, contributing to executive reporting and forecasting. The Business Analyst will lead and oversee the coordination of sales operations & processes, develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, and drive continuous improvement in sales processes to achieve organizational goals. Additionally, the Business Analyst will support the Bids & Contracts Manager in processing proposals and solicitation responses, develop and present individual and team reports, and gather and present competitive information. Our defined compensation structure is market competitive and is built to reward performance. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role is $77,800.00 to $105,000.00. We take a number of factors into account when determining individual starting pay, including but not limited to: job and level hired into, location, skill set; experience and training; peer compensation and other business and organizational needs. This range is subject to change. Pay is just one component of our total rewards package.
