Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Research on relevant legal and HR topics as requested to support legal/HR department priorities.

• Support the legal team in various projects and initiatives.

• Observe and learn labor relations processes.

• Meet regularly with team and report on projects; participate in occasional legal team meetings.

• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

• The successful candidate will have preferably completed a minimum of their sophomore year and be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university in a bachelors degree program (i.e., or a related field of study). A minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred; however, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.

• Excellent abilities to prioritize and handle multiple projects.

• Ability to recognize process improvement opportunities.

• High level of interpersonal, written, verbal communication/ influence skills, excellent presentation skills.

• Organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work well on a team.

The salary range for this position is: if pursuing Bachelor's degree = $20/hour, if pursuing Master's degree = $25/hour, if pursuing Doctorate degree = $30/hour.
