Work location is subject to change based on business needs.Summary of the Job: About This Role: Key Accountabilities for this Role: 2. Provide requested account information, answer general customer service questions and resolve account issues on accounts not related to collection or legal activity in accordance with DFS policies and procedures. 5. Process UCC's including amendments, continuations, requesting/obtaining driver's licenses, terminations, lien searches and partial releases and then document UCC information in InfoLease or Rapport, scanning any necessary copies into Sentry File for future use or retrieval. 6. Other duties and projects as assigned. 8. Understands and adheres to all company policies, laws, and regulations applicable to the role.
