Laser Machine Operator

Staffmark is hiring an experienced Laser Machine Operator in Dayton, OH, to join a family-owned and operated business specializing in metal spinning services. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with prior experience looking to advance their career in manufacturing!

Pay: $30.00 per hour

1st Shift Hours: Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 5 PM

Laser Machine Operator Responsibilities:

• Operate and program laser machining equipment to cut, engrave, or mark materials with precision.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions to ensure accuracy.
• Perform quality inspections using measuring tools to verify tolerances and identify defects.
• Adjust machine settings and troubleshoot programming issues to optimize performance.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following safety procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in laser machining, CNC programming, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure high-quality output and analyze blueprints/technical drawings.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50 pounds
